Rail/Track Transfer Carts(Trolleys) with 5 Power Supply Options

KPX Battery-Powered Rail Transfer Cart uses batteries installed inside the cart to supply power to the DC traction motor through the electrical control system. It can start, stop, move forward, reverse, and adjust speed smoothly. This type is suitable when the running distance should not be limited by cables or external power carriers.

KPC Busbar-Powered Rail Transfer Cart uses a sliding contact line power supply method. It can be used frequently and is suitable for long-distance transportation, ultra-low platform railcars, cross-workshop ferry transfer, and high-temperature working environments where continuous operation is required.

KPD Low-Voltage Rail Powered Transfer Cart uses a transformer to reduce the power supply to a safe low voltage and introduces power through the tracks. It can be used on S-shaped tracks and curved tracks, and is suitable for heavy-load and high-frequency transfer applications where full automation can be configured.

KPJ Cable Drum Powered Rail Transfer Cart receives power through a cable and cable reel device. The cable is wound and unwound during cart movement, making it suitable for heavy-load and high-frequency transfer occasions. KPT Cable Chain Powered Rail Transfer Cart introduces power through a cable chain arrangement and is commonly used for short-distance cross-bay transfer in workshops.
