Die Transfer Carts Overview

Die Transfer Carts are electric transportation trolleys used for moving molds, coils, billets and other large heavy loads. They are suitable for production floors, factory workshops and handling areas where heavy materials need to be transferred safely and efficiently.

This series of transfer trolley can be equipped with safety protection and load shifting functions. According to the reference information, lead-acid batteries or lithium batteries can be used as the energy source. The carts can also be configured with DC motor speed drive technology, multi-wheel hydraulic steering technology, line control and remote control dual operation mode.

Die Transfer Carts can realize starting, stopping, forward movement, backward movement and turning functions. They are designed to improve mold handling efficiency and help reduce manual handling risks in industrial workshops.

Main Types of Die Transfer Carts

Trackless Die Transfer Cart: The trackless type can turn while moving and can rotate 360 degrees in place. It can also be equipped with automatic obstacle avoidance. This type is suitable for flexible workshop transportation where fixed rails are not required.

Rail Die Transfer Cart: The rail type runs on fixed tracks. According to the reference information, it can be used on S-shaped tracks and curved tracks, making it suitable for workshops with planned transfer routes.

Intelligent Die Transfer Cart: The intelligent type can be equipped with magnetic suction automatic charging, automatic obstacle avoidance and automatic route planning. It is suitable for handling applications that require more automated transportation.

Multi-level Track Die Transfer Cart: The multi-level track type is commonly used for transporting multi-station equipment inside factory workshops. It can include sub-carts and main carts. Main carts are generally used in pits and can automatically position and dock with tracks at designated workstation locations. After docking with the track, the sub-cart can travel on the main cart.

Lifting Type Die Transfer Cart: The lifting type can adjust the height of the cargo platform through its own lifting mechanism. It is suitable for handling tasks where the loading or docking height needs to be adjusted.
