Description
Crane Remote Control is used for crane operation, travelling control, lifting control, and remote handling in industrial lifting systems. It can be selected according to crane type, operating distance, working environment, operator habit, automation requirement, and site safety needs.
There are five common control methods: panel line, wireless remote control, joystick remote control, cabin control, and remote intelligent control. Panel line can be used as a standard basic control method, while wireless remote control, joystick remote control, cabin control, and intelligent remote control can be selected according to the project requirement.
Crane Remote Control Methods
Wireless remote control is suitable for operators who need to control the crane from a safer and more flexible position. It can support 2.4GHz communication, automatic frequency hopping, optional display screen, waterproof and oil-proof housing, and long-distance operation according to configuration.
Joystick remote control is suitable for more precise operation and can be configured with safety shutdown functions. Cabin control is suitable for operators who need a fixed operation position with better visibility, sealing, sound insulation, heat insulation, and dust protection. Remote intelligent control is suitable for automated cranes or remote operation projects and can be configured with wireless communication, remote diagnosis, IoT function, automation interface, and camera according to actual needs.
