Product Overview
Heavy Duty Coil Transfer Cart is designed for transporting steel coils, wire coils, round bars, rolls and other heavy cylindrical materials in factories, warehouses, metallurgical workshops and machinery manufacturing plants. It helps move coil materials safely and efficiently between storage areas, processing machines, production lines and loading positions.
During coil transportation, stability is very important. The cart can be equipped with a V-shaped support structure to help prevent coils from rolling, sliding or being damaged during movement. According to different working conditions, the Heavy Duty Coil Transfer Cart can be designed based on coil size, coil weight, running distance, platform size, rail gauge and power supply method.
This equipment is available with rail powered and battery powered models. Rail powered carts are suitable for fixed transportation routes and frequent material transfer. Battery powered carts are suitable for flexible workshop handling where movement is not limited to one fixed power line.
