Product Overview
RGV Transfer Carts/Trolleys are rail-guided transfer vehicles designed for automated material handling, storage, retrieval, and transportation. They run on fixed rails and can move, transport, position, store, and transfer materials according to preset paths, programs, and control instructions.
RGV transfer carts are commonly used in industrial production lines, automated warehouses, high-density storage systems, logistics nodes, pallet handling areas, and heavy workpiece transfer applications. The system can communicate with upper computer or WMS systems and can be combined with RFID, barcode identification, and scheduling control to support automatic identification, storage, retrieval, and material transfer.
RGV Transfer Carts/Trolleys for Automated Material Handling
The RGV transfer trolley can be used for picking, transporting, placing, storing, and transferring goods between multiple stations. According to movement mode, RGV systems can be divided into circular-path type and linear reciprocating-path type. Circular-path RGV systems are suitable for multi-station transfer, while linear reciprocating RGV systems are commonly used in high-density warehouse storage and production line logistics.
Compared with traditional manual transfer, RGV transfer carts can connect multiple logistics nodes with higher speed, easier configuration, and convenient maintenance. Multiple RGV carts can also be used together according to logistics scale, transport frequency, and site layout. The control system can adjust logistics paths and working modes by resetting related control parameters.
