Versatile Trackless Transfer Carts/Trolleys are electric material handling vehicles designed for flexible short-distance transport on smooth and flat factory floors. Unlike rail transfer carts, trackless transfer carts do not require fixed tracks, making them suitable for workshops, factories, warehouses, assembly areas, and production sites where rail installation is inconvenient.
The cart can move freely on flat ground and turn in 360°, helping transport molds, coils, machinery parts, steel structures, equipment, and other heavy materials. It is commonly used in automobile production, shipbuilding, mold stamping, mining transportation, steel distribution, machinery assembly, and large equipment handling.
Versatile Trackless Transfer Carts/Trolleys for Flexible Material Handling
The trackless transfer cart can use batteries, cables, or generators as the power system according to the working condition. The electrical control module drives the traction motor and controls start, stop, forward movement, backward movement, steering, and other travelling functions.
The main structure can include power supply system, transmission mechanism, steel structure load-bearing frame, steering system, walking mechanism, control module, safety warning device, detection device, and fault diagnosis module. According to project requirements, the cart can also be equipped with positioning devices, clamping devices, lifting platforms, automatic charging systems, heat-resistant materials, safety alarms, obstacle detection, and PLC control.
