HC Type Electric Hoist

HC Type Electric Hoist is a heavy-duty wire rope electric hoist designed for factory lifting, workshop handling, equipment maintenance, and heavy-load material transfer. It is suitable for applications that require higher lifting capacity, stable operation, and reliable hoisting performance under demanding working conditions.

This hoist can be used with single girder overhead cranes, gantry cranes, double girder crane trolleys, or I-beam rail systems. With travelling and fixed installation options, the HC Type Electric Hoist can be matched to different workshop layouts and lifting processes. It is commonly selected for machinery manufacturing, warehouses, steel structure workshops, maintenance areas, and general industrial lifting operations.

The hoist adopts a wire rope lifting structure with lifting motor, reducer, rope drum, steel wire rope, rope guide, hook block, electrical control system, and travelling mechanism. The square housing design improves structural rigidity, while the coaxial drive arrangement helps transmit power more directly to the drum and supports stable load distribution during lifting.

For heavy-load operation, the final configuration should be selected according to rated capacity, lifting height, work class, lifting speed, rail type, operating temperature, power supply, installation mode, and crane structure. Optional configurations such as travelling type, fixed type, two-speed lifting, customized control, and special protection can be selected according to the working condition.
