Description
Casting Yard Gantry Crane is designed for precast beam yards, bridge construction sites, highway projects, railway projects, and engineering material handling areas. It is mainly used for lifting, transferring, positioning, and stacking concrete girders, bridge beams, precast components, and other large structural loads.
The crane adopts a gantry frame structure with main beam, support legs, ground beams, trolley system, crane travelling mechanism, electrical system, and safety protection devices. According to the lifting process, it can work with hooks, spreaders, pin-type movable pulleys, or customized lifting devices to meet different beam handling requirements.
Compared with ordinary gantry cranes, the Casting Yard Gantry Crane is more suitable for large-span outdoor operation and precast yard construction conditions. The A-type gantry frame provides good rigidity and stable load carrying performance, while truss-type structures can be selected for outdoor areas with larger wind loads to reduce wind resistance and improve overall adaptability.
The crane can be configured with rail clamps, anchoring devices, buffers, rail sweepers, cable reel power supply, trolley conductive system, platforms, ladders, driver’s cabin, limit protection, overload protection, emergency power-off protection, and other safety devices according to project requirements. For synchronized lifting of long concrete girders, two cranes or multiple trolleys can be configured according to the beam size and handling method.
