Description

QC Electromagnetic Overhead Crane with lifting magnet is designed for heavy-duty handling of magnetic metal materials in steel mills, foundries, scrap yards, metal processing workshops, storage areas, and production plants. It is suitable for lifting and transferring steel scraps, billets, cast iron blocks, pig iron blocks, steel balls, machining chips, and other ferromagnetic materials.

This Electromagnetic Overhead Crane uses an electromagnetic lifting device as the main load handling tool. After the magnet is energized, it attracts suitable metal materials and moves them to the required position for loading, unloading, sorting, stockpiling, or workshop transfer. For frequent metal handling operations, this lifting method helps reduce repeated rigging work and improves material handling efficiency.

The QC series adopts a bridge crane structure with stable crane travelling, trolley travelling, and hoisting movement. Available model groups include QC 5-10t, QC 16/3.2-20/5t, and QC 32/5-50/10t. The span range covers 10.5-31.5m, and the work duty is A6. Larger models can be configured with main and auxiliary hoists according to different lifting and positioning requirements.

The crane can be customized according to rated load, span, lifting height, handled material, magnet type, workshop clearance, rail condition, operating frequency, and control method. The magnetic lifting performance should be matched with the material shape, contact area, surface condition, temperature, and magnet configuration.
