A Total Quality “Check-up”: No Details Left Behind
Our QA department took the lead this time, teaming up with technical experts from across the company to form a “Quality Task Force.” They went through everything with a fine-tooth comb.
We’ve always had a zero-tolerance policy for defects, but this inspection was about pushing that even further. It’s essentially a full-body scan for our production process to make sure the “Kuangyuan” reputation stays rock solid. If it isn’t perfect, it doesn’t leave the floor—it’s as simple as that.
Cash for Great Ideas—Because Suggestions Matter
Here’s the best part: alongside the inspections, we held our “Quality Improvement Suggestion Award” ceremony. We’re firm believers that the people working with the machines every day have the best ideas.
Whenever someone on the team comes up with a smarter way to boost efficiency or fix a tiny flaw, we don’t just say “thanks”—we give them a cash bonus. These rewards happen regularly because we want everyone to feel like they have a stake in our quality. It’s all about that positive energy.

We’re going to keep these monthly rewards and deep-dive inspections going as part of our normal routine. At the end of the day, when we sharpen our skills and watch the details, our products get better and our customers stay happy.
